The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky Before & After Photos

This basement was leaking water when it rained, and the homeowners wanted it to stop. They didn't like having to pull out their industrial fans and lifting up their carpet every time it rained so they called us to get it waterproofed. 

Before tackling this project in Williamsburg, KY, the crawl space was a homeowner's nightmare: damp, dark, and deserted. Guided by a friend's rave reviews, they turned to us for relief. Our solution? As you can see in the after photo, we transformed their space with our CleanSpace liner, keeping moisture at bay, added SilverGlow insulation for energy efficiency, and introduced a SaniDry Sedona to ensure air quality. The result? A crawl space that's as functional as it is pristine.

When we waterproofed this basement in Williamsburg, KY, the homeowner wanted us to install our wall panels as well to cover up the stained foundation. All of our wall products have a vapor barrier backing, and prevent mold growth. This particular wall system, called BrightWall, is our rigid paneling system, and will help channel wall leaks down into the subfloor drains. 

The original sump in this Jamestown basement was replaced with a new TripleSafe Sump Pump. This sump system comes with an airtight lid, a WaterWatch Alarm, an airtight floor drain, and 3 functioning pumps including a battery backed one.

We used Polylevel Injection to repair the driveway slab that had sunk.
