Helical Piers and Polylevel Injection are used to resolve a sinking sunroom, in Campbellsville, KY

A home in Campbellsville, Kentucky, had a sunroom foundation that was settling and sinking.  The homeowner contacted The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky to find a solution to this problem.  After meeting with a Certified Inspector for a free inspection and estimate, the inspector recommended Helical Pier System and Polylevel Injection is done to stabilize the foundation and level the floor. 

Helical Piers are used to immediately and permanently stabilize a foundation.  A steel pier is mechanically screwed into the ground until it reaches stable soil.  A bracket is attached to the foundation footer and the pier.  This transfers the weight of the home to the pier and the firm soil.  Polylevel Injection is used to raise a concrete slab.   Polylevel is a two-part polymer foam that is injected under a concrete slab, filling the voids underneath, and raising the piece to level.
