Mr. Neat of Columbia, Kentucky, had a large crack in his basement walls. They were also beginning to bow. He did an internet search and found The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky. 

To stop the walls from bowing any further, or the cracks from getting any larger our estimator Brian suggested PowerBraces. He didn't move forward immediately but a year later he felt ready to move forward with securing his home. We were able to quickly complete his project.

We have a very old house (1901) that was lifted to put in a basement in the 60's. They did not do it correctly. We are having some structural problems that we need to address as soon as we can. We would like to get an estimate for possible repair this spring. Some of the issues we are having: Damp walls, sump pump no longer working, some cracking along one wall, seam on poured concrete floor starting to shift. I am very worried that we will not be able to fix these issues and we will lose our home. We have things we need to fix upstairs, but, as I tell my husband, you can't fix it until you have a solid foundation. Again, we are just looking for an estimate at this time. Any work would start in the spring or early summer. Thank you!
