This crawl space was subjected to crazy amounts of moisture before we encapsulated it. Our moisture barrier called CleanSpace is able to block out moisture and reduce humidity levels. We also installed SilverGlo insulation wall panels to help control the energy bills the homeowners were paying.

The sidewalk leading up to this home in Shelbyville, KY was sinking into the soil. To reverse this process, we injected polyurethane foam under the sidewalk. The foam is so strong that as it expands under the concrete, it is able to raise the slabs. By using calculated amounts of foam for each different slab, we are able to get the sidewalk level again. After everything is leveled, we then sealed the slabs together at the seams. This process was way cheaper than replacing the sidewalk completely, and for that, the homeowner was very happy with the outcome.

In Shelbyville, KY, this sidewalk had settled so badly that the concrete slabs were nearly buried in the soil — grass was even starting to grow across the surface. Not only was it unsightly, but it also created a serious tripping hazard. Our team lifted the slabs back to their proper position using PolyLevel®, our quick, clean concrete lifting solution. We then sealed the joints with NexusPro®, a long-lasting, flexible sealant that protects against water intrusion and future settling. A homeowner on Midland Trail in Shelbyville, Kentucky reached out to us after noticing water entering their basement during heavy rains. They wanted a reliable solution that would keep the space dry and protect their home’s structure.
Our team installed a partial interior waterproofing system using WaterGuard along the problem walls to capture water before it could damage the basement. We connected it to a TripleSafe sump pump system for dependable removal and added a discharge line with IceGuard outlets to ensure water is safely directed away from the foundation.
With the system in place, the homeowner now has a dry, protected basement and peace of mind knowing their home is safeguarded against future water intrusion.
This homeowner was concerned that a large crack in their basement wall would cause problems once they finished the space with drywall. Their concern was valid, as cracks not only expand over time but also create a direct path for water intrusion.
To solve the issue, our team sealed the crack with high-grade polyurethane. This system is designed to stop water permanently. In the rare case that any moisture makes it through, a secondary drainage channel behind the wall directs it into the home’s main drainage system—whether that’s an existing WaterGuard system or a sump basin installed below the floor.
The repair left the wall with a clean, finished appearance and a guarantee against future leaks. Now the homeowner can move forward with finishing their basement without worrying about water damage.
