This back patio slab in Lancaster, KY, had settled by a few inches. We raised the slab back up with our PolyLevel foam injections. You can see the difference in elevation by looking at the gap between the slab and the vinyl siding of the home. By leveling this slab back out and slightly pitching it away from the home, rain & water from the hot tub are now directed away from the foundation of the home.
This concrete sidewalk had sunken into the soil, causing minor cracks to appear. We raised the slabs with our foam jacking method, which is able to raise and stabilize the slabs within an hour. To see exactly how far we raised the slabs, look towards the gap between the brick at the bottom of the front door and the concrete sidewalk in the before picture, and compare it to the after photo.
