This crawl space had ground water leaking from just underneath the floor. We installed a perimeter drainage system consisting of perforated pipes placed in trenches backfilled with gravel, all connected to a SmartSump sump pump. We then installed drainage matting and CleanSpace liner over the floor of the crawl space. We then hooked up a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to the pump. We also insulated with SilverGlo panels over the CleanSpace on the walls.

This front porch had settled pretty far down into the contracted soil, which was no so sightly. The settling process also disturbed their gutters, soffit, columns, and their steps. Since this porch slab was about 2 feet thick, our PolyLevel foam lifting method could not be used to lift it back up. Instead, we used our helical piers to not only stabilize the front porch, but to raise it as well. The piers are driven deep into stable soil which ensures the porch won't settle any more. The piers also have a hydraulic component that allowed us to lift this heavy structure. After the job, the homeowners are now able to repair anything on the porch that the settling process damaged, and they won't have to worry about settling any longer.

In Frankfort, KY, we completed a concrete lifting project that made a big difference in both safety and appearance. Our crew raised one driveway slab—the one adjacent to the sidewalk—and two adjoining sidewalk slabs to bring the surfaces back to level. This eliminated uneven transitions between the sidewalk and driveway, as well as between the driveway and garage floor. Once the slabs were properly lifted, we sealed all exposed mortar joints and the one visible crack with NexusPro sealant to protect against future water intrusion and shifting. The result is a smooth, even surface that not only looks better but also removes tripping hazards for years to come.

This home in Frankfort, Kentucky was dealing with water seeping in around the perimeter of the basement, particularly near a chimney that extended off the foundation wall. To create a complete waterproofing solution, our crew installed a full interior drainage system with WaterGuard, carefully wrapping the system around the chimney base to capture water from every angle. The drainage line leads directly to a new TripleSafe sump pump, which provides dependable protection even during power outages or heavy rain. With the system concealed beneath a fresh layer of concrete, the basement is now dry, reliable, and ready for the long haul.
This home in Frankfort, Kentucky had a large crawl space—over 2,300 square feet—that was damp, musty, and showing early signs of mold growth. The homeowners wanted a long-term solution that would protect their home’s structure and improve indoor air quality. Our team began by cleaning and treating the space with Anabec mold cleanser before installing 2,345 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal off the floor and walls from ground moisture. We also added 93 feet of perforated drainage tile to help direct any water toward a new SmartSump system, supported by a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier for full humidity control.
To improve insulation and energy efficiency, we installed SilverGlo wall panels and spray foam along the rim joists. Finally, five EverLast vent covers were added to fully seal the crawl space from outside air. The result is a dry, energy-efficient, and healthy crawl space that will protect the home above it for years to come.
This crawl space in Frankfort, Kentucky was having issues with rapid temperature shifts, mold growth, and water infiltration. We installed an EverLast Crawl Space door (in addition to other products) in order to keep outside air out of the crawl space. The EverLast door provides an airtight seal and will not rot or need paint over time.
