Moldy Crawl Space
This crawl space had mold in it before we repaired it. Because air moves upwards throughout a home due to a process called the stack effect, the homeowners were breathing in lots of moldy, unhealthy air.

Inadequate Moisture Barrier
This crawl space had a thin plastic liner on the floor, which had many rips in it. We see these types of "barriers" on the floors of crawl spaces all the time, and they don't do a very good job at keeping moisture out.

Drainage Matting
Our brown dimpled matting goes underneath the white vapor barrier that we later installed over it. The bubbles allow water to flow underneath the vapor barrier. The matting also gives strength and comfort to people crawling on top of the vapor barrier.

Crawl Space Moisture Barrier
In this photo, you can see our white vapor barrier and our SilverGlo insulation panels. The insulation panels align over the walls of the crawl space, and will help keep these floors warm in the winter.

Dehumidifier
Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is in the bottom right of this picture. This dehumidifier is capable of removing 99 pints of water out of the air in a day.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
Our vapor barrier is 20 mils thick and is infused with antimicrobial material. The antimicrobial material keeps the space smelling fresh.
