Concrete Front Porch Repair in Cynthiana, Kentucky

The existing front porch for this home in Cynthiana was all bent out of shape. Large gaps revealed themselves throughout the driveway and front porch, which is a cause for concern. Large gaps not only look bad, they can decrease the lifetime of your slabs. That's why we leveled these slabs out with our PolyLevel foam, and then sealed them with our sealant. The result was a happy homeowner!

Sunken Concrete Raised in Richmond, Kentucky

This porch was sinking away from the home, causing the porch to crack between the door and the porch slab. This can happen when the soil shifts from underneath the porch, as was the case here We raised the porch slab back to a normal level using our PolyLeveling foam. We then sealed the crack with NexusPro sealant, which will keep water and debris out of the crack.

This single concrete driveway slab was sinking into the hillside in Richmond, KY, before we raised and stabilized it with our PolyLevel foam jacking method. PolyLevel is an expansive foam that is much cleaner than alternative mud jacking methods. If this slab was mud jacked, you would see mud flow everywhere. Now that the void is filled and the slab is raised back to normal, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about their driveway cracking.

Crawl Space Repair Company in Richmond, Kentucky

This before and after shows why the conventional vented crawl space theory is not practical. You see, a lot of home builders figure installing some vents in the walls, placing a thin plastic "barrier" over a gravel floor, and insulating with fiberglass in the floor joists are enough for a crawl space. After all, they are following a coded standard, and maybe that's where the problem lies. Either way, vented crawl spaces let moisture run rampant, and only really work in climates that are dry 24/7. By encapsulating the crawl space, as seen here, moisture is eliminated. This means healthy breathing air, and a healthy long-lasting crawl space. Also note the silver insulation panels we installed along the wall, which eliminates the need for nasty fiberglass in the ceiling.

Crawl Space Repair Company in Mount Vernon, Kentucky

This homeowner had a crawl space with a thin plastic barrier covering the floor. The homeowner quickly realized that they were going to need more than that to keep their crawl space healthy, so they give us a call to install a sump pump system, a dehumidification system, an encapsulation system, an insulation system, and a sealed access door. Having just a thin layer of plastic on a crawl space floor isn't enough to stop moisture from rising into your crawl space, and its important to take all the necessary steps to guarantee a healthy crawl space.
