You would not believe how much water their is in your crawlspace. Non-enclosed crawlspaces trap so much humidity and condensation, that it can literally rain down there. Drainage matting, a SaniDry dehumidifier, CleanSpace walls, and a condensation pump can make your crawlspace dry and healthy again.
When you get your crawlspace encapsulated you solve so many problems you may not even know you're experiencing. For example, when you encapsualte with Clean Space liner and also insulate the walls with SilverGlo, you eliminate the need for insulation in the crawl space ceiling. A lot of the times, this fiberglass in the ceiling will soak up moisture and cause problems for the crawl space. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate all moisture.
