This homeowner hade a crawlspace that sometimes had puddles of water sit due to plumbing and rainfall issues. The customer did not care for encapsulation because they believed the crawlspace wasn't growing enough mold for them to care, (despite our recommendations). All they wanted was to erase the puddles so we agreed and were not going to try and upsell them. We installed A SmartPump with drainage matting in order to help their plumbing problems.
