We were called to a home in Paris KY where the crawl space was damp, musty, and causing uncomfortable indoor humidity. Our inspection showed exposed soil, perimeter moisture, and failing insulation. To fix the problem for good, we installed a full encapsulation system using CleanSpace, SilverGlo, drainage matting, and perforated drainage tile around the perimeter. We also added a SmartSump to handle groundwater and a SaniDry to control humidity year round. The result was a clean, dry, well-insulated crawl space that immediately improved the home’s comfort and air quality. This Paris KY encapsulation gave the homeowner long term protection and a healthier living environment.
From the first two attached photos, you can see that this driveway had sunken into the soil. A crack ran horizontally across the driveway due to the slabs sinking into voids beneath the driveway. We injected our PolyLevel foam underneath these two slabs in order to fill the voids and to resurface the slabs so that they're matching the garage slab. We then filled the crack with our NexusPro joint sealant. The homeowner was pleased with the final result and how quickly the project went.
