We used Polylevel Injection to raise this sidewalk slab back into place.  Polylevel Injection uses a high-density Polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the slab that needs to be raised.  This foam expands and fills the void underneath the slab which lifts it into place.

Need crawlspace barrier installed and 4 crawlspace vents replaced.

Home had grade issues where water was not draining away from home on the NE corner slightly down the North side and the entire West side. The SW corner of the crawl space is the low point. Grade corrected four years ago. Also, home had clogged gutters on SW corner adding to the problem for an unknown period of time. drain in SW corner of crawl space clogged. Musty odor in the home is a constant battle but improving slightly after grade and gutter corrections. Center joist supports settled, floor squeaks and some drywall cracks noticed in time.
