As a result from all the hydrostatic pressure this basement foundation was receiving, the walls were bowing in and leaking water. This basement in Mount Vernon, KY, had a monolithic foundation, and water seeped in and left dark stains along the walls. We installed a two-stage waterproofing system using DryTrak against the wall to capture seepage and a perforated drain a couple feet in from the floor to handle groundwater.
