Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our waterproofing systems come with a wide arrange of different wall paneling options. The two seen here are two of our more popular options. The first one is called BrightWall, and is the one that runs from the bottom to the top. The second is called CleanSpace, and is the one that covers the awkward concrete pier. They both are made of inorganic materials that won't allow for mold growth, and they both help drain water coming from the walls down to the WaterGuard sub floor drains.

This basement was leaking water and emitting musty smells. The homeowner was concerned about the items they store down there, and they also wanted to be able to store more items down there without worrying about water and moisture destroying them. We installed an interior perimeter waterproofing system with WaterGuard below the floor drains, a SuperSump sump pump, and a discharge line.

Before tackling this project in Pendleton, KY, the homeowner faced a daunting challenge – an old waterproofing system that simply couldn’t hold its ground against water intrusion. As shown in the ‘before’ photo, the struggle was real, the results, discouraging. However, turning to us made a world of difference. We introduced a robust trio-system: SuperSump, WaterGuard, and CleanSpace. Now, in the ‘after’ photo, notice the transformation – a dry, secure basement ready to withstand any storm. Delivering not just a solution but peace of mind.

This customer wanted their basement waterproofed because of the mold and foundational issues. The CleanSpace walls were able to transform the look of the basement, while also filtering leaked water to the waterproof system. Sometimes, relieving the pressure on the foundational walls by drilling holes and gaps for water to leak through can help the walls from moving. 

This basement was growing mold and musty odors, which was a problem for the inhabitants above it. We decided we were going to help them get rid of these problems once and for all. We installed WaterGuard around the whole perimeter interior, a TripleSafe sump pump attached with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, a SaniDrySedona dehumidifier, trench drains, discharge lines with LawnScape outlets, and BrightWall around the whole basement. This family was happy with the outcome.
