Great people to work with. They did everything I asked them to do and were extremely polite.This kind of work is never easy for the homeowner. It's extremely loud and messy. But, I wouldn't have wanted any other crew on it. The finished product looks and works better than I had hoped.

Killis, Shawn, and Tyler installed a sump pump in our twice-flooded basement. They were very respectful, knew what they were doing, and were finished with the job in what had to be record time. Your company installed anchors and I-Beams in my basement in January, from the 14th to the 16th.  Michael Schaffer was the lead man on the crew.  Both he and his crew were friendly and professional.  They were here on time and Michael answered all my questions to my satisfaction.  I would like to thank him and his crew for a job well done!

All of my experiences with Basement Doctor so far have been great! The company is responsive and all installers and technicians very knowledgeable. I especially want to shout out Michael Klemens who came on-site today for annual preventive maintenance - Michael provided some great tips and it's very apparent that he takes pride both in his work and his company.

Water pump from condenser moving water outside was stuck and not functioning properly. Michael Klemens was able to completely resolve the issue. Totally satisfied with his service in Lexington, KY.
