I really enjoyed the whole experience, I definitely think Basement doctor was the way to go.
I can’t remember the lady I spoke to the most, she talked very quickly, but was very pleasant. I would not change a thing about how my calls were handled and there was never a wait to be spoken to.
What I enjoyed the most about our experience, was Roger. He went out of his way, not once, but three times to come to our home, change our project around a few times, and the willingness he puts into answering all of our questions. Purely based on the fact of how far our home is out in the country and Roger going out of his way for us, I will be using The Basement Doctor again for our needs.
Super knowledgeable and nice guys, all around felt confident that our project was being handled properly and based off of the run through we got to follow up, it exceeded my expectations

Really came down to price, we liked the sales person more at basement authority because (as great as Roger is) Roger has strange body language and way of communicating, but paralleled himself in customer service so it is forgiven. Much love to him and thank you Basement Doctor Kentucky!
