Our Overall Service
The insulation was not tacked up in several areas. There are a number of places where the insultation hangs down from the floor joists.

Sales Process
The sales person was excellent. His presentation was excellent. There was a miscalculation on materials needed. Your company was gracious enough to absorb the extra cost. Good for the customer; not good for The Basement Doctor.
Our Installation Crew
Equipment problems delayed the spraying of some insulation. Would appreciate a return examination to tack up the insulation that was left hanging from the floor joists.
