Challenge

Charles had recently purchased a house in Middlesboro, Kentucky. It only took 3 months of residency to find a big water problem in his crawlspace. He didn't know what to do until he saw our trucks working on a home nearby.

Solution

After sending our inspector Brian out there, we determined the best way to waterproof his basement is by encapsulating it and adding a sump pump. Our waterproofing system would prevent flooding and humidity problems inside his home.

This is a photo of the crawlspace before we waterproofed it. As you can see it has a large puddle on the floor. The high humidity had caused the insulation and wood to start rotting.
