Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Staffordsville, Kentucky

This homeowner in Staffordsville, KY, gave us a call because they noticed their floors were sagging, and it felt like they were giving away underneath them when they walked around the house in a spot. We suggested to the homeowner that we install five SmartJack crawl space support posts underneath their main beam to permanently stabilize their floors. The concrete columns in their home were too far apart, and parts of the main beam started to sag as a result.
