This apartment complex in Lexington, KY, was experiencing foundation settlement across multiple buildings. Cracks in the brick and uneven floors were clear signs that the structures were shifting — and the property owner wanted a long-term fix to protect their investment. To stabilize the buildings, we installed a series of helical piers beneath the settling foundations.
