Foundation Waterproofing in Salt Lick, KY
This yellow tube was used during the demo process to keep dust out of the home. When we dig for our perimeter drains there can be a lot of dust, so we make sure to cover all vents and tarp all of the items in the basement.

Drainage System in Salt Lick, KY
In this photo, you can see the exposed WaterGuard drainage system. The grey drains sit just above the footer of the home, and they have a wall flange to capture any leaks dripping down from the walls. We backfill them with gravel and pitch them down towards our sump pumps to ensure they work properly.

Finished Waterproofing System in Salt Lick, KY
After all the drains are fitted and the sump pumps were installed, we then finished the project by covering the drains with a thick layer of concrete. You can also see one of the two sump pumps used for this project, with this one being a SuperSump (our base model for basements).

Sump Pump Services in Salt Lick, KY
This is where our second sump pump was located. It's called the TripleSafe sump pump, (our premium sump system) and it contains three different pumps inside of its liner.

This TripleSafe sump pump also comes with a battery backup system. If the third float switch in the liner activates, it will turn on the battery backup system. This is super helpful for when the power goes out in a home. The UltraSump battery backup system can pump up to 12,000 gallons of water on a full charge by itself, (more than enough).

Trench Drains in Salt Lick, KY
We installed trench drains near the walk out basement side for the back door and the garage door. These drains are super durable, and are situated on the inside of the basement so that they don't clog from outside debris. It's little touches like these that separate us from the other guys.

This is where the water discharges from the TripleSafe outside of the home, (the SuperSump has its own line on the opposite side of the home).

IceGuard Outlet in Salt Lick, KY
Near the foundation of the home, you may be able to see two little white outlets. These outlets are called IceGuards, and they act just as they are named. When the line freezes underground in the winter, water will be able to overflow from the system.
