Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Contractors in Corinth, Kentucky
These homeowners grew tired of having to reapply Drylok to their leaky foundation, so they gave us a call. After all, Drylok doesn't solve the root problem for leaky basements. Hydrostatic pressure that rests outside a foundation will always find the path of least resistance, no matter if the basement is sealed or not. DryLok can also trap moisture inside the wall (especially block walls), leading to internal deterioration. In order to fix the real issue (hydrostatic pressure) we installed our interior perimeter waterproofing solution. By inviting built up water outside the foundation into our subfloor drainage system, we relieved this basement of massive amounts of water pressure. We then sent that water to a safe place away from the homes foundation using our sump pump. After installation, the homeowners were relieved to not have to spend any further time or money on their leaky basement issue. DryLok Failure
Drylok can seem like an easy fix, but many homeowners eventually discover that without addressing the real cause-like hydrostatic pressure or poor drainage-the leaks just keep coming back.
Existing System
This existing waterproofing system had failed the homeowners.
Super Sump
This sump pump has an airtight lid, an alarm system, and an airtight floor drain. The discharge line leads to a safe spot outside the home to dump water.
Interior Perimeter System
Our system allows for easy service and prevents clogging. We cover the drainage system with a layer of concrete to keep it concealed.
WaterGuard Subfloor Drains
Underneath the floor are weeping holes that invite water into our subfloor drainage system. These holes stay concealed.
