Excavation Proccess
This is a zoomed in picture of the trench our crew dug along the wall and into the floor. This process creates room for our drainage system. The homeowner ripped out the drywall themselves to cut costs on the project.
Drainage Fitting
This photo shows our drainage system now in the trench. We also covered the bare walls with our vapor barrier system so the homeowner can put their drywall system back without the worry of moisture damage. The vapor barrier even tucks into the drainage system.
Waterproofing System
For the next step, we floated new concrete over the gutter drains to conceal them beneath the floor. The homeowner will be able to put their carpet back in a month or two after the concrete cures.
Sump Pump
We installed our Triple Safe sump pump to handle the loads of water. This system was equipped with a battery backup system. Off to the right of the sump pump is our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
