In Nancy, Kentucky, this homeowner sought a lasting solution for their new crawl space with a gravel floor. Our team installed drainage matting, drain tile, a SmartSump sump pump, our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and our CleanSpace vapor barrier to address moisture concerns. In the photos, notice how the drainage matting, installed beneath the CleanSpace, manages water flow, keeping it directed towards the SmartSump. This upgrade provides not only durability but ensures long-term protection from moisture, creating a clean and dry foundation just as the homeowner intended.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier

This crawl space is now sealed, and the dehumidifier (not picture) will keep this treated space dry as possible.

Antimicrobial Vapor Barrier

The blue underside of our vapor barrier has antimicrobial material infused, making the crawl space smell fresher. It also won't allow the growth of mold.

Drainage Matting

Our drainage matting has bubbles in it to allow water to flow underneath the vapor barrier to the sump pump. It also makes crawling on the vapor barrier much more comfortable, as opposed to gravel, (we later installed the vapor barrier over the brown matting).
