This wet basement in Richmond, KY, faced two major issues: water intrusion and bowing foundation walls. To restore its stability, we installed our PowerBrace® wall repair system, which reinforces the foundation and can be adjusted over time to help straighten the walls.
For waterproofing, we placed WaterGuard® subfloor drains along the perimeter to collect and channel water to our TripleSafe® sump pump, which provides three layers of protection against flooding. To brighten the space and prevent moisture from seeping through, we finished with BriteWall® rigid wall panels.
Now, this basement is both structurally sound and fully protected from water damage, giving the homeowner lasting peace of mind!
TripleSafe Sump Pump
This is the corner where we installed our TripleSafe sump pump. It includes our UltraSump battery backup system, which will provide power if the home power goes out.

These panels look very clean, help block moisture, and channel wall leaks down to the subfloor drainage system.

This wall was showing a slight deflection, so we installed our steel I-beams to strengthen the wall, and potentially turn it straight again.
