Basement Waterproofing in Lexington, KY
This photo was taken after we trenched around the entire perimeter of the basement to make rooms for our WaterGuard drainage system. This step is much less invasive when compared to an exterior system, which requires digging around the entire home from the outside. In the bottom right, you can see our negative air system which helps control dust. After this photo was taken, we then drilled weeping holes through the walls in the trenches to invite outside water into the system. Our drains prevent clogging by sitting outside of the "mud-zone" which can be found outside the home.

After fitting the trenches with our WaterGuard drainage system, we then concealed the drains with a fresh layer of concrete and we covered the walls with our BrightWall panels. Our BrightWall panels look pretty, are made of an antimicrobial material, and they help channel wall moisture down into the drainage system beneath the floor.
Dry Basement in Lexington, KY
In the corner of the basement, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and our TripleSafe sump pump. All of the drains were slightly pitched down towards the croc pit in this corner.
Sump Pump in Lexington, KY
Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier can collect up to 99 pints of water out of the air in a day, and it will automatically dispense the pints of water into the croc pit. Our TripleSafe sump pump has three pumps inside its liner, including one that is hooked up to our battery back up system, (as seen in front of the sump pump in the photo). This sump pump was designed with an airtight floor drain, and airtight lid, and an alarm system.
