Julie

Julie is the Account Manager and one of our skilled Appointment Schedulers at The Basement Doctor, joining the team in January 2022. She previously worked in customer service at an HVAC company for 10 years, bringing valuable experience and expertise to her role.

On a typical day, Julie answers phone calls, schedules estimates, and follows up with customers to help them move forward with their projects. She enjoys her work, particularly interacting with customers and collaborating with her coworkers.

When she isn’t at work, Julie can be found cheering on her kids at sporting events and spending time with friends.
