Crawl Treatment with CleanSpace Encapsulation System in Morehead, KY

Challenge

A homeowner in Morehead, Kentucky, contacted The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky about water issues in their crawl space. They were worried the moisture could eventually lead to foundation problems.

Solution

1. CleanSpace Drainage Matting
   Installed on the crawl space floor, the drainage matting creates a channel that directs water toward the sump pump for removal.

2. CleanSpace Liner
   A heavy-duty, plastic liner (similar to a pool liner) is permanently secured to the floor and walls. This forms a durable, moisture-proof barrier between the home and the damp earth below.

3. CleanSpace Vent Covers
   Existing crawl space vents were sealed with vent covers to prevent outside air, moisture, and debris from entering.
