A homeowner in Frankfort had been in their home for a few weeks when they discovered water seeping in on the floor of the basement. They met with Brice, a certified inspector, who recommended WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TrenchDrain, and a SuperSump pump system with UltraSump Battery Back-up to help solve this problem.
This crawl space in Frankfort, Kentucky was having issues with rapid temperature shifts, mold growth, and water infiltration. We installed an EverLast Crawl Space door (in addition to other products) in order to keep outside air out of the crawl space. The EverLast door provides an airtight seal and will not rot or need paint over time.
This home in Frankfort, Kentucky had a large crawl space—over 2,300 square feet—that was damp, musty, and showing early signs of mold growth.
