A Georgetown, Kentucky homeowner was having problems with water seeping in on the floor of the basement.  They met with Damon, a Certified Inspectors, to find an answer to this problem.  He recommended installing a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.  Also recommended is a TrenchDrain, and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to resolve this problem.

WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and the TrenchDrain will intercept the water that is seeping into the basement.  It will then be drained into the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to be drained out of the basement.

The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System includes a high-end 13/ hp Zoeller pump.  The WaterWatch Alarm, which will sound an alarm to alert the homeowner, if the water rises to the point that the pump should have turned on.  It also has a SuperLiner, which is a heavy duty liner that will not crack or cave in and features a "pump ring" that centers the pump into the liner.  The Airtight Lid keeps moisture from evaporating back into the basement, keeps things from falling into the SuperLiner and quiets the pump.

Job Stories From Georgetown, KY
Stairstep cracks on exterior brick is resolved with the Helical Pier System.

A homeowner in Georgetown, Kentucky, was concerned with stairstep cracking on the brick on the outside of the home.  The settling of the foundation causes the stairstep cracking.  The freezing and thawing of the soil and changes in temperature can cause the land to move and makes the soil that is holding the house to become unstable.  The Helical Pier System uses steel piers that are mechanically screwed into the ground until it reaches the competent earth.  Next, a bracket is attached to the foundation footer and also to the steel pier.  The bracket transfers the weight of the home from the unstable soil to the competent earth.  The Helical Pier permanently stabilizes the foundation. See a Certified Inspector find out how Helical Piers may help resolve your foundation problems.

PowerBrace System installed on tiling walls in Geogetown, Kentucky.

A home in Georgetown, Kentucky had a bowing wall in the crawl space.  The homeowner met with Brian, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that the homeowner have the PowerBrace System installed along the tilting wall.

A PowerBrace is a steel I-beam that is attached securely against the failing wall with brackets that are attached to the floor and floor joists.  The PowerBrace System immediately stabilizes the wall and protects against further movement.  The PowerBrace has an adjustable bracket that is designed to be tightened over time to potentially reverse the wall failure.

PowerBraces used to solve problem with cracks in foundation walls in Georgetown, KY

A Georgetown, Kentucky homeowner was noticing cracking in the foundation walls.  We installed our PowerBrace System to help solve this problem.  PowerBraces are steel I-Beams attached to the floor joists and the floor.  PowerBraces are used to stop settling and stabilize walls.  They can also be used on a wall that is bowing or tilting.  They can be tightened over time potentially being able to straighten the wall to the original position.  The PowerBrace system has permanently stabilized these walls and the homeowner will not have to worry about further settling.

The concrete sidewalk/step leading to our front porch has sunk several inches. In fact, the porch slab above the step is starting to crack. On your mudjacking page you have a photo of brick steps leading up to a stoop, and our situation is similar. Thank you.
