This home in Tyner, Kentucky was having a lot of issues due to an unstable foundation and a moisture problem causing rot. The homeowner understood that in order to save their home, they were going to need to fix both issues. The homeowner got rid of the floor boards because they were bent out of shape and even replaced some of the floor joists because the mold had damaged the structural integrity of the floors. All that the homeowner needed after that was help making sure he never has to replace the floor again, and we were their solution. Even after the homeowner handled the responsibility of replacing the entire floor, there were still tons of work left to do due to the size of the crawl space and the amount of systems being installed. This project ended up being one of our bigger jobs. 

The first thing we needed to do was help support the floor joists that could not be replaced because if they were taken out, the walls of the home would collapse. We first installed sil plates and band boards under a wall in the home that was in need of stronger support. We then installed three different SmartJack systems with three supplemental beams to make sure the settling foundation under the home wont cause any more structural problems to the floor or walls. With the foundation problem settled, it was then time to figure out the waterproofing problem. For this, we installed two SmartPumps after the CleanSpace encapsulation to make sure no plumbing leaks could damage the new crawlspace. We also suggested two different discharge lines due to the size of the crawlspace and distance between both SmartPumps. All in all, the customer now does not have to worry about all the problems that come with foundation and waterproof issues like energy loss, mold growth, sinking foundation, etc.
