This particular home was recently the victim of a flood where their whole finished basement received water and moisture. Not only were they going to need a new waterproofing system, but also new walls that are safe from moisture and look clean. Instead of removing the whole wall, (which is unnecessary) we only replace the lower section of the wall. This new wall is safe from water and comes in various colors. We also installed our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump to make sure there finished basement does not flood again.
