Customer contacted The Basement Doctor after noticing moisture in their crawlspace of their 20 year old home. Upon inspection, our team found no sump pump was installed in the two foot tall crawlspace with a block foundation and access to the outside.
The team came up with a proposal to install CleanSpace, a condensation pump and cap it off with an Everlast Crawl Space Door.
This state of the art basement waterproofing system will stop water intrusions for a long time for this homeowner. The WaterGuard under the floor drains will collect all the water coming in up from the floor and through the walls.
