A homeowner in Millersburg, Kentucky reached out after noticing cracks forming in their foundation and uneven door frames throughout the house. Over time, these symptoms had become more pronounced, indicating active foundation settlement caused by unstable soil beneath the home.
To permanently stabilize the structure, we installed a series of helical piers along the settling portion of the foundation. These deep foundation supports were driven into stable load-bearing strata, bypassing the shifting soil that had caused the original settlement.
Once in place, the piers allowed us to lift and re-level the foundation, closing gaps and restoring the home’s structural integrity. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, with little disruption to the property.

From the first two attached photos, you can see that this driveway had sunken into the soil. A crack ran horizontally across the driveway due to the slabs sinking into voids beneath the driveway. We injected our PolyLevel foam underneath these two slabs in order to fill the voids and to resurface the slabs so that they're matching the garage slab. We then filled the crack with our NexusPro joint sealant. The homeowner was pleased with the final result and how quickly the project went.
We were called to a home in Paris KY where the crawl space was damp, musty, and causing uncomfortable indoor humidity. Our inspection showed exposed soil, perimeter moisture, and failing insulation. To fix the problem for good, we installed a full encapsulation system using CleanSpace, SilverGlo, drainage matting, and perforated drainage tile around the perimeter. We also added a SmartSump to handle groundwater and a SaniDry to control humidity year round. The result was a clean, dry, well-insulated crawl space that immediately improved the home’s comfort and air quality.
