This specific home in Georgetown, Kentucky had basement walls that were bowing and stair-cracking. They needed to be fixed or the home was looking at a possible structural collapse that would be hard to recover from. Luckily, our experts were on the case and were ready to help. We served up 8 feet tall power braces along the bowed in walls in order to hold them in place indefinitely. These braces were placed technically specific to the home, with the help of our team. The result was a happy homeowner who was relieved to know their home is okay.

Robert, a homeowner in Lawrenceburg, has a house that was built in the 1970's and had a block foundation. He noticed that the foundation of his home was settling and cracking. He called The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky for a solution to this problem.
An appointment was set with our Certified Inspector, Damon, to help him find a solution to this problem. Damon found that the foundation had started to settle and recommended that our Patented Helical Pier System is installed to stabilize the foundation.
Helical Piers are steel piers that are mechanically screwed into the soil to the appropriate depth. A steel foundation bracket is secured to the helical pier and attached to your foundation's footing stabilizing the foundation. The homeowner can now rest assured that the property value has been preserved and the foundation will not settle any further.
Our team was asked to evaluate a property in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky with a sinking front stoop and uneven concrete walkway. The inspector determined that this was a result of years of erosion and water infiltration beneath the slabs and stoop.
Our team was able to correct these problems through a series of high-strength PolyLevel polyurethane foam injections beneath the slabs and stoop. These injections expanded as they dried - lifting the fixtures back to level and stabilizing them.
