We installed an EverLast Crawl Space Door in Louisville, Kentucky. The EverLast door helps to provide an airtight seal of the crawl space and keeps debris and water from entering the crawl space.
A homeowner in Crestwood, Kentucky was having problems with a sidewalk in front of the home that was sinking into the ground and called The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky. The homeowner met with Tony, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that the Polylevel Injection System is installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner. Andrew used Polylevel Injection System to raise this concrete sidewalk for the homeowner.
In the before photo, you can see there is a space between the step and the sidewalk. You can also see at the corner of the sidewalk that the sidewalk has sunk into the ground.
In the After photo, there is no longer a space between the step and the sidewalk and also you can see the corner of the sidewalk is no longer flush with the ground and has been lifted up to the correct height.
A homeowner in Pleasureville, Kentucky had a bowing wall in the basement. We installed a PowerBrace System to the wall. A PowerBrace System will immediately stabilize foundation walls and can be tightened to straighten the wall over time.
A Georgetown, Kentucky homeowner was having problems with water seeping in on the floor of the basement. They met with Damon, a Certified Inspectors, to find an answer to this problem. He recommended installing a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. Also recommended is a TrenchDrain, and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to resolve this problem.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and the TrenchDrain will intercept the water that is seeping into the basement. It will then be drained into the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to be drained out of the basement.
The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System includes a high-end 13/ hp Zoeller pump. The WaterWatch Alarm, which will sound an alarm to alert the homeowner, if the water rises to the point that the pump should have turned on. It also has a SuperLiner, which is a heavy duty liner that will not crack or cave in and features a "pump ring" that centers the pump into the liner. The Airtight Lid keeps moisture from evaporating back into the basement, keeps things from falling into the SuperLiner and quiets the pump.
A homeowner in London, Kentucky was having problems with water seeping into the crawl space. At the time, the crawl space just had some plastic laid on the floor to act as a vapor barrier.
The CleanSpace liner is a plastic liner, similar to a pool liner, that is permanently attached to the floor and floor joists of the crawl space. This provides a vapor-proof barrier between the ground and home.
We used Polylevel Injection to raise a concrete driveway slab in London, Kentucky. Polylevel's two-part polymer foam is injected under the slab by drilling a small hole into the slab. This fills the voids and can raise the slab to be level with the remaining pieces. This is done in a short amount of time and a lot less mess than replacing the plate. See an Inspector for more details.
We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System for a homeowner in Morehead, Kentucky. The CleanSpace Liner provides a vapor-proof barrier between the crawl space and the ground below the home. We also installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting, a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System, a SaniDry Sedona, CleanSpace Vent Covers, SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation, and an EverLast Door.
A homeowner in Morehead, Kentucky was having water problems in the crawl space area of the home. The insulation was beginning to fall down and the homeowner was concerned about eventually having foundation problems due to the water.
