Every person with whom we came in contact was professional, courtesy and knowledgable. Install crews (we had three, original, electrical and follow-up) were phenomenal. Cannot remember all their names, but please commend them. I believe Doug led original team and Michael did follow-up. The electrician was super nice and so concerned about our satisfaction. Trisha in the main office was always so helpful. Paul, our advisor, was truly that - an advisor. Nice job on assembling a professional team.

This was the best part of the entire experience. The crew foreman, Pat Weatherholt, and crew servicemen, Cliff and Cortland did an excellent job. They were all very courteous and totally professional. Pat is an excellent problem solver.
Paul F. is a Certified Inspector at The Basement Doctor. He has been here since 2018. He has lived all over the country and now lives in Louisville, KY with his wife Shawna.

The best part of Paul's job is helping people fix the issues they are having with their homes.
A homeowner in Pleasureville, Kentucky was having issues with water seeping into the basement through the joints and the floor. We installed BrightWall Paneling System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System along with an UltraSump Battery Back-up System, and a SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity low. The bright white color of the BrightWall Panels really brightens up the basement. What a change it has made.
Mitchell, a homeowner in Shelbyville, Kentucky was concerned about a tripping hazard due to a sunken sidewalk slab near the step to the front door. Our Certified Inspector recommended Polylevel injection to help with this problem.
A homeowner of a 13-year-old home in Taylorsville, Kentucky was noticing water seeping up from around the drain in the floor. He scheduled an appointment with our certified inspector, Paul, to find the best solution for this problem. Paul recommended a SuperSump pump System along with IceGuard and a LawnScape outlet at the end of the discharge line.
A Louisville, Kentucky homeowner needed to have a new sump pump installed. They met with Paul, a Certified Inspector, who recommended a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. The SuperSump includes a high end 1/3 cast iron pump. It can pump 2,650 gallons an hour. It includes the WaterWatch Alarm that will sound an alarm if the water reaches the point that the pump should have turned on. This will alert the homeowner to a problem before damage occurs. It also has the SuperLiner, a heavy-duty liner that will not cave in or crack. It also Includes the Airtight Lid that keeps moisture from evaporating back into the basement, keeps things from falling into the sump well, keeps out bugs and odors, quiets the pump and is so strong that you can stand on or store things on top of it.
