Basement Doctor of Cincinnati is hiring a call center representative for our waterproofing and foundation business. The Basement Doctor is recipient of the BBB Torch Award and is considered essential business. We continued to work during the pandemic.

The opportunity:
To schedule sales appointments and production jobs in response to inquiries gathered via phone, email
and other lead sources; and to provide clerical support to the office staff. Some evening and weekend hours required.
Your Contribution:
Answer phones, relay messages, and enter new prospects into company systems
Make appointments for the sales team
Maintain company calendar
Create and maintain detailed and accurate customer/job records in company systems
Create customer folders
Contact future, present, and past customers via phone and/or email in order to determine overall interest of prospective customers, setting appointments for the sales team or updating customer records with reason(s) for not moving forward
Communicate and work with all departments
Assist with day-to-day running of the office
Other related duties as delegated by the Appointment Center Manager
About You:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year office work experience: answering phones, computer work, filing, organizing, etc
Strong customer service skills; caring and professional when dealing with customers
