This home in Harrodsburg, Kentucky had a settling foundation that was resulting in issues within the home. This included sticking doors and windows, and uneven flooring. Our team was able to install a system on this property that provides permanent stability. 

Solution

We installed a series of 9 Helical Piers underneath the foundation of this home. We installed 3 piers under the back corner and 6 piers underneath the perimeter in order to provide support to the foundation. This system should permanently stabilize the foundation and prevent further settling. After the piers are installed, they are buried out of sight - providing a solution that will not become an ugly eye-sore. This system instantly increases a home's property value and can prevent damage to the property over time.
